Employment Opportunities at Adventures International Inc. We occasionally need guides that are qualified and committed to a career in guiding climbing, trekking and safaris to the destinations we travel to. Please note that we are not a huge company and most all the guides we have working are seasonal and have high levels of experience in the countries they work in. Most have worked personally with Scott Woolums, the Director and have demonstrated a very high level of competency. We require experience in the country you will be leading trips and need to work with you in almost all cases before anyone will be leading trips. We do offer opportunities for this during our trips through our apprentice guide program. This allows us to better understand how you work with clients, your skills and abilities with safe guiding practices and coordinating logistics (probably the biggest job). We also offer Guides Courses in Alaska and ongoing Apprentice Guide Positions to work on our trips to build experience. If you the have qualifications and desire, please contact us for more information. How to Apply? 1) Send us your resume. Specifically with who you have worked for in the past, what countries you feel comfortable leading or assisting on a trip, your guiding history, your medical and avalanche training background.
